Hello (again)! My name is Cameron Eure. I’m a 2nd year graduate student at the Georgia Institute of Technology. I’m currently pursuing my PhD in Aerospace Engineering. I completed my Bachelor’s and Master’s in 2024 and 2025 respectively.
Regarding photography, I started taking it serious last year in 2024. I bought a Canon Rebel XS (yes, a 2008 camera in the big year of 2024) and got mediocre results. The ISO didn’t even go up past 1600! But having that allowed for me to quickly relearn the basics, and paved the way for my current Canon M50.
I enjoy taking landscape, but since I’m in the city and at school, I don’t really get that much exposure to travelling often or to go camping/ hiking (i love camping 🙁 ). Instead, I’ve been doing a lot with portraits, specifically outdoors. I don’t (yet) have equipment for indoor photography (what even is a fill light???), so I’ve been making do.
Despite having limited equipment, I love making do with what I have. I’ve always wanted a camera, so all through high school and part of middle school, I just used my phone. Granted it was an iPhone 6s with current-day abysmal quality, i still learned the fundamental skills of composition.
I love capturing moments and being able to relive them in the future, so I hope that If i were to help anyone with photos, whether they’re portraits or for events, I hope to help them experience that magic as well.
If you’re interested in any shoots, or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out on my contact page! Thank you for reading throught this!
